𖠁 Phnom Penh, Cambodia – The Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra recently unveiled the second edition of the Ekarieach Multi-Arts competition, a vibrant showcase of artistic talent exploring the multifaceted theme of "Tuek ទឺក - Water - L'eau." This year's competition, hosted by Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, Le Lézard Bleu, and Recreation Cambodia, saw a surge in participation, with over 200 submissions vying for recognition.
From the vast pool of entries, 67 exceptional pieces across painting, sculpture, art photography, and digital graphic art were shortlisted for exhibition. The chosen works offer a diverse and captivating exploration of water's significance, from its role in sustaining life and shaping cultures to the pressing environmental challenges of scarcity and pollution.
The Ekarieach Multi-Arts Competition continues to expand its scope, embracing new disciplines in 2025 with the inclusion of photography and digital creation. This expansion reflects the competition's commitment to fostering creativity and promoting artistic excellence across various mediums.
